If your work has been accepted for the Fall 2023 Social Justice Issue

Thank you for submitting. We release your work back to you to publish elsewhere. You don’t have to notify us. If you wish to still publish it with The BeZine, but in 2024, please email the editor. If you submitted work for either Fall 2023 or 2024 and did not hear from us

Your work is released. At this time, we cannot hold submitted work that was not already accepted for review in the future. If you wish to re-submit your work in 2024, we wholeheartedly invite you to do so.

Be Inspired…Be Creative…Be Peace…Be

The BeZine is an online literary and arts quarterly focused on activism-art related to peace, sustainability, social justice, and life of the spirit with activism. Issues come out in Spring (mid-March)—sustainABILITY, Summer (mid-June)—Peace, Fall (mid-September)—Social Justice, and Winter (mid-December)—Life of the Spirit and Activism. The Submission Guidelines give more information about the focus for each quarter and more details about how to submit.

Founding editor Jamie Dedes, of blessed memory, had a vision for an inclusive online journal that respectfully welcomed writers, artists, and readers to share with hope our activist work devoted toward positively changing our world for the better. We continue to work and grow with that vision.

Michael Dickel now publishes The BeZine, in Jamie’s place, doing his best to keep her vision alive and well here on this website. We invite you to visit our issues again and again, to let the creative work seep into your consciousness. We believe in taking time to create, publish, read… so come, stay awhile, and visit often.

May peace prevail on earth.

May the Bluebird of Happiness be with You Always
