Movement, big or little, is a part of human nature. There are social movements…
And musical movements…
We use movement to express ourselves…
To test ourselves…
Out of playfulness…
…or out of necessity.
We celebrate forward movements…
The world keeps turning and so must we…
Don’t forget to have fun along the way.
…or to stop and smell the roses.
It’s okay if you move at your own pace…
…or to give and receive a little lift along the way…
But…
…just…
…keep…
…moving!

“Move it or lose it” and “Motion is the lotion” come to mind. Would you say “Life is movement”? Steve likes to say, “I am the joy in change and movement.” Is there movement in peace and stillness? Two sides of the same coin, perhaps? Good to think about…..

Hi Scilla,
Interesting questions! I think there can be movement of some kind in peace and stillness, like the still waters that run deep. And forward thinking can be a very serene act.
Thanks for reading and, as always, a fresh perspective.
