The focus of "The BeZine," a publication of The Bardo Group Beguines, is on sacred space (common ground) as it is expressed through the arts. Our work covers a range of topics: spirituality, life, death, personal experience, culture, current events, history, art, and photography and film. We share work here that is representative of universal human values however differently they might be expressed in our varied religions and cultures. What wonderful thoughts expressed here.Indeed ‘let your garden grow with silver bells and cockle shells and pretty maids,all in a row. My husband and I have always been lovers of nature,have planted trees where ever we have lived, and now we have adopted a small area in front of our present living rented quarters, recruited two children(ages 10,6) to help keep the area clean.We will buy three tree saplings and plant them in a suitable place nearby Insha allah. may Allah help and guide us, to improve a piece of our home -this planet Earth.
